We are seeking a highly skilled Panel Beater to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have a passion for quality workmanship and attention to detail.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition.
This role involves a range of responsibilities including:
- Inspecting received parts for defects
- Disassembling vehicles according to job specifications
- Labelling and storing parts
- Notating broken parts and extra repairs
- Inspecting new parts for damage
- Mixing and matching colours
- Building and maintaining a colour library
- Prepping, priming, and painting vehicles
- Buffing and denibbing vehicles
- Repairing vehicles to OEM standards
- Reassembling vehicles
- Cleaning work areas
- Coaching apprentices
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A trade qualification as a Panel Beater
- Previous experience in a similar role
- A commitment to working safely
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- The ability to work effectively with the team
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic

Please note that the minimum requirements for this role are:
- AQF Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology or equivalent
