Veterinary Professional

Our hospital is a leading animal Emergency and Critical Care facility in South Australia. We are seeking an experienced Part-time Veterinary Nurse/Vet Tech to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Veterinary Nurse and possess excellent customer care skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people. They should also have experience in surgical and medical nursing, and be confident in IV catheterisation, jugular and cephalic blood draw, and giving intramuscular and subcutaneous injections.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and have a fear-free approach to interacting with animals. They should be confident in starting Veterinarian consults and conducting nurse consultations, and have experience or interest in critical care nursing.
