Senior Structured Finance Executive

At Fitch, we seek an accomplished Senior Structured Finance Executive to lead our team in Sydney. As a senior professional with deep knowledge of securitization markets and credit analysis, you will be responsible for rating complex transactions and providing guidance to junior analysts.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in structured finance, preferably in a leadership role, with expertise in deal execution, credit analysis, and cash flow modeling.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this position, as the successful candidate will need to present findings in committee meetings and communicate effectively with external stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead the rating of complex transactions, including new asset classes and issuers, utilizing deep understanding of structured finance.
    • Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to junior analysts throughout the execution of new transactions.
    • Manage workflow to ensure continuous review of all structured finance transactions and covered bond programmes on a 12-month schedule.
    • Prepare high-quality analytical documentation and present findings in committee meetings.

  • 7+ years' structured finance experience, ideally in a leadership or analytical role.
  • Deep understanding of securitization markets and credit analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
