About the Role

A Clinical Midwife (Caseload) is an advanced-level registered nurse accountable for coordinating clinical practice in a clinical specialty. This position provides leadership and support to nursing and medical staff while ensuring delivery of high-quality, best-practice nursing care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead clinical teams and provide expert guidance on patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote excellent patient outcomes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
  • Registration as a Registered Midwife with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) is mandatory.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in the clinical area of expertise are desirable.
