We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team of Behaviour Support Practitioners and Team Leaders across Western Australia. This role will provide daily clinical support and guidance, drive quality and performance, review reports, and maintain high employee morale and retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct management of 4 Regional Managers in WA
- Maintaining high job satisfaction and morale for over 70 Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners in WA
- Coordinating recruitment and growth across WA
- Ensuring best practice and high standards are maintained across the division
- Managing major customer relationships
- Liaising with Marketing and Talent Acquisition teams to drive growth across the state
- Travel to offices in Stirling, Jandakot, Morley, and Mandurah

Learning and Development Opportunities:- Discipline-specific professional development programs through webinars, face-to-face training, and one-on-one mentoring by experienced Learning and Development Managers
- $7,500 annual supervision costs to complete a Psychology Internship Program
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in Behaviour Support (desirable)
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership position within an allied health organisation (desirable)
- A relevant qualification, such as Psychology, Counselling, or Teaching
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and other complex diagnoses
- Experience using CBT, DBT, person-centred, and trauma-informed approaches and behaviour assessments
- A car and licence
