Brand Experience Manager

We are seeking a professional and experienced Brand Experience Manager to join our collaborative and high-performing marketing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing brands to life for guests visiting our hotels in the region.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Drive the rollout of physical brand manifestations as part of the in-hotel guest experience.
  • Execute on-property brand hallmarks and act as the brand guardian for all operational brand standard roll-outs.
  • Develop and implement signature brand experiences, brand operating standards, special events, strategic alliances and guideline development.
  • Work closely with operational excellence on SOP creation to ensure brand standards are adhered to.
  • Monitor, track and measure all brand operational deployments to ensure success, measuring NPS, TAR, GRI and other brand/revenue measures.
  • Localise international brand operations entering the market that are new to the region.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5+ years' brand experience, ideally with an operational background or previous operations experience within a hotel environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build lasting professional relationships with a national network of stakeholders.
  • Effective planning and organisational skills to manage pressure situations, multiple tasks and ability to work with a sense of urgency and within required timeframes.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
  • Availability to travel frequently to our hotels across the region.
  • Experience within a hotel environment (not essential but will be looked at favourably).
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing/Communications/Business or similar (preferred but not essential).
