Join a global retail brand with a 100-year-old reputation as it scales the Australian market.

This is your opportunity to make a genuine impact on the Australian expansion of a century-old global retail brand, gaining valuable exposure across various accounting functions in a business with three exciting channels: retail stores, wholesale, and e-commerce.

As a key member of the finance team, you will work under the guidance of the Financial Controller who has extensive retail experience - he'll be a great support. You'll take ownership of month end close, reconciliations, fixed asset management, cash flow forecasting, sales reporting - all the technical financial accounting activities - and you'll be reporting up to an international office.

Ever wonder where marketing spends their money? Here, you'll get a deep understanding of business operations, business partnering with other departments and supporting them with financial analysis. And, with an ambitious 5-year plan, you'll get exposure to the real commercial & strategic stuff - like financial modelling for new product margins or putting the CAPEX together for new stores.

The finance processes are pretty good but if you like making things better and taking a process from 'good' to 'great', you will be able to make a difference in this role, in an company that truly welcomes change.
