Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Associate to join our team. As a Compliance Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company complies with its statutory and regulatory obligations. This includes conducting compliance testing in accordance with our Compliance Monitoring Plan, identifying inefficiencies and implementing automated/manual solutions to mitigate regulatory risks, and reviewing and approving marketing materials to ensure they meet regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should have a strong understanding of financial regulations and laws, and be able to apply this knowledge in a practical way.
