The Job Description:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on e-scooters and e-bikes.
  • Conduct regular assurance checks to ensure all units meet safety and performance standards.
  • Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement reliable solutions.

In addition to these technical responsibilities, you will also be responsible for developing and executing our Warehouse Management strategy. This will involve ensuring the Warehouse team performs quality control and basic maintenance on the e-scooters, as well as adhering to our Operations Standard Operating Procedure.

As a Senior Mechanic, you will be a hands-on shift leader, performing maintenance, repairs, and routine inspections on our e-scooter fleet. You will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of your team and ensuring that our warehouse is operating efficiently, safely, and in accordance with our standard operating procedures.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills, as well as a strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. You will also need to be able to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 35kg, and have a valid driver's license.
