We are seeking a qualified care provider to deliver exceptional support services to our aged and disability community in Sydney.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver individualized care and support to clients with varying needs and abilities
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve client goals and outcomes

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Community Care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with people of differing abilities and some awareness of disability issues

**Desirable Qualifications:**

  • Driver's License
