Safety Leadership Role

As a key player in our global organisation, you will be responsible for leading and coaching senior leaders in their safety behaviours and programmes. Your primary focus will be on driving safe operations within our business.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to lead a team of safety specialists in developing and maintaining a comprehensive safety management system across all levels of the business. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with Australian and International standards.

To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record in leading and improving safe operations, influencing senior leaders to implement HSEQ standards and procedures. A degree or diploma in a relevant field and/or Certificate IV Work Health and Safety is essential, along with experience in managing inter-relationships across the company and stakeholders.
