We are seeking a skilled Ramen Chef to enhance our culinary team at Ikigai Ramen. The ideal candidate will possess a deep passion for Japanese cuisine, particularly ramen, and have expertise in preparing and cooking various types of ramen, broths, and toppings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook ramen dishes to the highest standards, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and improve menu items, incorporating customer feedback and preferences.
  • Monitor food quality, freshness, and inventory levels, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal kitchen operations.
  • Assist with ordering and stocking of kitchen supplies, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing waste.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Ramen Chef or in a similar role in Japanese cuisine, with a strong understanding of Japanese ingredients and cooking techniques.
  • Expertise in preparing ramen broths, noodles, and various toppings, with a focus on quality and presentation.
