About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Registered Nurse (RGN). You will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment for residents with various physical and mental needs. This includes developing tailored care plans, providing medicine safely, and making critical clinical decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Developing comprehensive care plans that meet individual resident needs
  • Providing medication management and ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks
  • Making informed clinical decisions to promote resident well-being
  • Fostering a person-centred approach to nursing

Requirements

  • Current NMC registration
  • Good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices
  • Experience in producing detailed risk assessments and care plans
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
