Key Job Details

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Property Valuer.

This is an excellent opportunity for a valuer who is looking for a change and wants to work in a flexible environment. The ideal candidate will be able to complete valuations and assessments remotely from various locations, including Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Cairns, Townsville, or Mackay.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To provide accurate and timely valuation reports
  • Conduct site inspections and gather data
  • Analyze data and provide recommendations
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Rural Property Valuer (RPV) or Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) qualification
  • At least 12 months of industry experience
  • Strong knowledge base and understanding of the residential property industry
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Exceptional customer service and stakeholder communication
