Key Responsibilities

- Support leading developers, utilities and funds to integrate software products into their decision-making processes
- Meet with clients in-person and virtually to support their usage of software products, building relationships to help grow and retain client base in the Asia-Pacific region.
- Guide customers as they use the software suite to conduct asset valuations and construct long-term power market scenarios to inform their market view
- Troubleshoot wide-ranging client requests and help clients interpret complex results, using knowledge of power markets and data analysis skills.
- Onboard new accounts and develop deep knowledge about their use cases for our products, leveraging technical expertise across the software suite and relevant power markets knowledge.
- Represent the client's voice internally, conveying feedback to the product teams in order to refine product roadmaps.

What We Are Looking For

- Required Attributes:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a science, technology, engineering and mathematics subject.
- At least 1 year of professional exposure in an analytical, client-facing role with business-to-business experience.
- Deep interest in the energy transition and software-as-a-service products.
- Self-starter with creative problem-solving approach and ability to rapidly assimilate new knowledge.
- Passion for working with clients across the energy sector.
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate and collaborate with both technically and non-technically minded parties on a range of complex topics.
- Able to analyse, interpret and derive insights from complex quantitative data and information.
- Customer-first mindset with the confidence to pursue outcomes mutually beneficial to all stakeholders.
