Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at our Sunbury store. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and productive store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive and personalized shopping experience.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge, including pet food, toys, and accessories.
