Your Day:

  • Supporting the Store Manager to manage daily operations effectively.
  • Achieving sales growth and meeting regular KPI targets for your department.
  • Building your department team to deliver exceptional customer service, modelling our inverted triangle structure.
  • Leading by example and communicating management expectations.
  • High volume stock management.
  • Merchandising inline with business expectations.
  • Launching catalogue campaigns with effective ticketing and set ups throughout your department.
  • Assisting in recruitment and training and development functions throughout your team.
  • High volume stocktakes and Stock integrity initiatives to increase the profit of your department.

What We're Looking For:

  • Retail Management Experience is a must.
  • High Volume or Big Box stock volume management is preferred.
  • Having an Owner's Mindset in your leadership style.
  • A passionate attitude that inspires team to exceed goals.
  • Experience in Development and Performance plans.
  • A resilient problem solver who is driven to success by innovation and time management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • First Aid certified, or willing to be trained at our expense.
