This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join a leading civil construction company as a Civil Contracts Administrator / Estimator. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for civil construction projects, assisting with the preparation of tenders and bids for new projects, managing contract documentation, variations & progress claims, and providing support to the Project Managers and site teams as required.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Contract Administrator or Estimator in the construction industry, preferably in civil construction. They should have knowledge of construction estimating principles, processes, and software, as well as contract administration skills, including experience in preparing and managing construction contracts. Additionally, they should be proficient in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and project budgeting, with good communication skills.

In return for your skills and experience, you will enjoy a flat management structure, allowing you to work directly with the company director and avoid red tape. You will also benefit from city fringe office and flexible work arrangements, and have the opportunity to grow into a Project Manager with quality mentorship.
