We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care to consumers across the lifespan.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team with consumers in various settings, utilizing your skills and knowledge to make a real difference in their lives.

  • You will plan and provide appropriate and timely care to consumers, taking into account their individual needs and circumstances.
  • You will collaborate with Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care is delivered.
  • Monitoring and recording consumer progress is an essential aspect of this role, allowing you to adjust care plans as needed.
  • You will develop and maintain relationships with consumers, families, and carers, providing support and guidance throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver effective patient care through planning and provision of services tailored to each individual's needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care delivery
  • Monitor consumer progress and update care plans accordingly
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consumers, families, and caregivers
Requirements:
  • Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as an Enrolled Nurse
  • Hold a board-approved qualification in administration of medicines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role
  • Able to remain calm and utilize de-escalation techniques in challenging situations
