About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as the Senior Director of People Support Services. As a key member of our People Strategy and Culture Branch, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with internal and external stakeholders to drive people-focused support across the agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a dedicated team that delivers operational HR support and develops and executes people and workforce initiatives.
  • Partner with the ACT Health Directorate Executive team to drive strategic HR services that propel organizational success.
  • Model and champion psychological safety across our business areas, ensuring our workplace aligns with our positive culture.
  • Provide high-level advice on employment policy and legislation, and lead stakeholder management efforts.
