Senior Director of People Support Services

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as the Senior Director of People Support Services. As a key member of our People Strategy and Culture Branch, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with internal and external stakeholders to drive people-focused support across the agency.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a dedicated team that delivers operational HR support and develops and executes people and workforce initiatives.
- Partner with the ACT Health Directorate Executive team to drive strategic HR services that propel organizational success.
- Model and champion psychological safety across our business areas, ensuring our workplace aligns with our positive culture.
- Provide high-level advice on employment policy and legislation, and lead stakeholder management efforts.

This is a temporary position available immediately to 30 April 2025, with the possibility of extension and/or permanency. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill permanent and temporary vacancies over the next 12 months.
