About the Role

We are seeking a charismatic Seasonal Sales Consultant to join our team at Swarovski. As a brand advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating an unforgettable experience for our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accompanying customers on a mesmerizing journey through our world of wonder
  • Creating an emotional connection with customers and delivering a spellbinding experience
  • Anticipating customer needs and sharing inspiring styling tips
  • Showcasing and presenting our legendary products
About You

We are looking for an exceptional Sales Consultant who possesses:

  • An excellent sense of fashion and a genuine passion for our brand and products
  • Experience or a keen interest in luxury Fashion/Cosmetics/Lifestyle brands
  • High motivation and a strong customer service orientation
  • Dedication and a target-driven attitude
  • A willingness to develop your career and grow with us
  • Previous retail experience
  • Availability over the Seasonal Period, including Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
