Cardiac Technologist

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Cardiac Technologist to join our Cath Lab team at Nepean Private Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert support to VMOs during Cath lab procedures and collaborating with the Cath Lab team on Electrophysiology studies, RFA, and coronary angiograms.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Cath Lab team on Electrophysiology studies, RFA, and coronary angiograms
• Lead successful quality improvement and safety management projects to deliver desired outcomes
• Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs
• Act as a role model for Safe Practice

Requirements

• Suitably qualified Cardiac Technologists with CEPIA or equivalent courses
• Minimum 3 years' clinical experience in Cath Lab with electrophysiology settings
• Clinical expertise and commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous improvement
• Self-motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high-functioning team
• Highly developed interpersonal skills, proactive, motivated, and customer-focused
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise and time manage
