About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Project Manager to oversee the setup, conduct, and close-out of clinical trials.

The successful candidate will possess strong understanding of the clinical study process, ICH-GCP guidelines, and relevant local regulations and quality principles for conducting clinical research.

Tertiary qualifications in Health, Science or related discipline and extensive relevant experience (a minimum of 2 years at management level, desirable). Demonstrated experience in health research, including clinical trials (minimum 2 years at management level desirable).

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and participate in the setup, conduct, and close-out of clinical trials.
  • Support and provide guidance to a team of clinical trial professionals.
  • Work closely with investigators, sponsors, Contract Research Organisations (CROs), and institutional partners.
  • Represent the organisation in governance meetings, steering committees, and other stakeholder meetings.
  • Manage trial timelines and resource allocation across multiple concurrent studies.

Requirements:

  • Certification in GCP/ICH/Regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
