Job Description

We're seeking a GRC expert to drive client outcomes and reinforce governance, risk, and control frameworks for a growing cyber consulting practice with a deep client base and strong backing.

Recent strategic acquisitions have created opportunities for growth and expansion, and we're looking for someone with a proven track record in GRC consulting to help us capitalize on these opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement GRC strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop control frameworks to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions to address those needs.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to ensure successful implementation of GRC strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • Proven experience in GRC consulting, including risk assessments, control frameworks, and reporting.
  • Strong background in boutique or mid-sized cyber consultancy firms (not large enterprise environments).
  • A strong network or client presence is a big plus.
  • Desire to get hands-on with high-impact clients in sectors like cloud, financial services, and government.
  • Experience with System Security Plan (SSP), Security Risk Management Plan (SRMP), Statement of Applicability (SoA) for ISM/ISO27001/NIST.
