**Role Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, developing and delivering account strategies that drive growth, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality creative and production outcomes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement effective account strategies that drive growth and long-term value
  • Manage day-to-day client communications and ensure projects are clearly scoped and tracked
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality creative and production outcomes
  • Share industry insights and stay ahead of the curve
  • Streamline processes and improve performance across accounts
  • Mentor and support junior team members

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years' experience in Account Management with a background in print, POS, activations, and project delivery
  • Strong knowledge of VM and fabrication (timber, metals, acrylic etc)
  • Proven track record hitting sales targets and growing key accounts
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Commercially savvy with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator who builds trust with ease
  • Passionate, driven, and confident but always approachable and collaborative
  • Calm under pressure with a solutions-first mindset
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Monday.com
