Role Overview

This permanent full-time opportunity offers the chance to work alongside a dedicated and passionate team to deliver high-quality educational programs for our children. As an Educator, you'll be responsible for creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences that foster social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of daily routines, activities, and events that promote learning and development
  • Maintain accurate records of child progress, program implementation, and centre operations
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in early childhood education

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check

Location and Working Hours

The successful candidate will be based at our Mosman centre, operating hours 7:30am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. This is a permanent full-time opportunity, offering 38 hours of work per week.
