About Our Role

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring Deliveries and Stock Levels. Receive and store goods safely, maintaining optimal inventory levels.
  • Stock Take Process Optimization. Streamline stock take processes to ensure accurate visibility of stock levels.
  • Inventory Management. Control and manage inventory holdings, including updating the inventory system for accurate stock levels.
  • Safe Operation of Equipment. Safely operate a forklift to receive, store, pack, and dispatch store goods.
  • Cataloging and Replenishment. Manage cataloging of new plant, equipment, parts, and bulk materials in Pronto, ensuring correct stock class, ROP/ROQ quantities, and stock min/max levels.
  • Participation in Stocktakes. Participate in regular stocktakes to ensure accuracy of inventory levels.
  • Maintaining Inventory Levels. Manage replenishing purchase requests/orders to maintain adequate inventory levels.
  • Store Maintenance. Maintain excellent housekeeping standards in the store, performing general store duties as required.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management within the mining industry or similar background.
  • Working at Heights Certification. Hold current certification for working safely at heights.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency. Be proficient in Microsoft Office, with ability to learn other software packages as required.
  • Manual Driver's License. Hold a valid manual driver's license.
  • Forklift Ticket. Possess a current forklift ticket.
  • Pronto or ERP Systems Experience. Have experience with Pronto or similar ERP systems (highly desirable).
  • National Police Clearance. Hold a national police clearance issued within the last 6 months.
