Trade Portfolio Specialist

This role is pivotal in driving the success of our Trade & Working Capital team. As a Specialised Banking Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and innovative solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, a willingness to learn and develop their expertise, and a thorough understanding of financial metrics and supply chain principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring TWC facilities to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
- Enhancing customer experience through outstanding service and explaining procedures and operation of TWC products and services
- Managing risk and driving positive contribution to overall team performance
Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess a strong ability to engage stakeholders, demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop their skills, and showcase a deep understanding of financial metrics and supply chain principles.
