About This Role

At Wheely Clean Mobility, we're committed to keeping mobility devices in pristine condition. Our team of specialists play a vital role in maintaining and improving the condition of our clients' aids, delivering top-quality cleaning and maintenance services using advanced tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of mobility equipment such as wheelchairs, standing frames, shower commodes, and other devices.
  • Use specialized cleaning equipment and techniques to ensure a high standard of service.
  • Follow work safe policies and procedures.
  • Inspect equipment for minor issues or wear-and-tear and report findings as needed.
  • Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor while interacting with clients.
  • Keep detailed records of services performed and maintain an organized work area.
  • Travel to client locations to provide mobile cleaning services.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to work outside and at times in challenging conditions.

Required Qualifications

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Working With Children's (WWC) Check.
  • National Police Clearance, Police Traffic infringement/conviction report.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality work.
  • Ability to handle and clean various types of mobility aids. Training is provided.
  • Friendly, professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
  • Australian Permanent resident.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in cleaning, maintenance, or a related field.
  • Experience working with people with disabilities (Support workers are encouraged to apply).
  • Is mechanically minded.
