Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Engineer to provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams of software engineers responsible for the reliability and stability of the Identity Access Management platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance and support to teams of software engineers
  • Build and support integrations, run day-to-day IT operations, and drive the adoption of best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
  • Collaborate with the engineering leadership team to proactively identify opportunities for automation and implement them to realize tangible benefits

Requirements

  • Experience in Sailpoint IIQ or ISC is a must
  • Experience in designing, developing, and deploying software solutions using modern technologies
  • Experience in building large-scale event-driven systems
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, shell scripting
  • Exposure to continuous integration and relevant tools such as the Atlassian product suite (Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jira, etc.)
  • Working knowledge in system monitoring and logging tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, CloudWatch
  • Proficiency with concepts and technologies used in software development, operations, security, cloud, microservices, containers, and scheduling platforms
  • Experience in one or more of the major public clouds, AWS is desirable
