Key Responsibilities

  • Set the strategy for optimizing current and future HubSpot functionality to drive improved operational performance of frontline teams.
  • Define and implement HubSpot configuration changes within design authority guardrails.
  • Identify unused or under-utilized platform features and execute enhancement ideas to drive core business goals and operational performance.
  • Work with key stakeholders to operate and iteratively improve HubSpot capabilities.
  • Provide day-to-day support on HubSpot, prioritizing and processing requests.

About You

  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experienced administrator in HubSpot Sales, Marketing, and Service hubs.
  • HubSpot Certified.
  • Experience using analytical tools and BI tools.
  • Proven stakeholder management and relationship development skills.
