Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Luxury Sales Coach to join our team in Brisbane, driving sales and service standards to new heights.

The ideal candidate will partner with store leaders and retail teams to ensure the development of their skill set, leading to confident and knowledgeable Client Advisors who embody the Tiffany brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support leadership teams by coaching sales teams, monitoring client interactions, and sharing areas for improvement.
  • Partner with store leaders to identify opportunities through observation, sales dashboards, and NPS scores.
  • Conduct training needs assessments, reviewing sales and KPI performance of stores and Client Advisors.
  • Prepare and deliver training programs on client service, sales, and product knowledge, including onboarding for new starters.
  • Assess the impact of training and offer coaching to further embed learned concepts.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of employees.
  • Self-awareness, empowerment, and accountability.
  • Confidence and capacity to succeed, fostering a learning environment and mindset.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Jewelry industry experience.
  • Graduate gemologist degree or GAA/GIA course work.
  • Training and development experience (facilitation skills).

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on your qualifications and experience.
