Out of Home Care Leadership Role

We are seeking highly skilled allied health professionals with experience in clinical leadership and case management. They will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide treatment for children and young people.
Main Responsibilities- Delivering high-quality care through complex case management, assessment, and individual therapies
- Collaborating with consultants to develop innovative mental health services
- Leading and supporting clinicians as part of the multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrated expertise in providing clinical service delivery, exercising professional judgement, and working autonomously
- Comprehensive knowledge of contemporary approaches to child and youth mental health, including experience working in relevant settings
- Experience working in trauma-informed care and recovery-orientated practice to achieve positive outcomes
