This role involves working with a diverse group of clients, including government, FinTech, Commercial, IT, and telecoms, on acquisition, licensing, and supply of large-scale hardware, government procurement, data protection, privacy, and cyber-security, brand protection, and digital rights management.

Role 3: IP Lawyer - Mid-Tier Client

We are looking for an IP Lawyer to join our national client's Melbourne office, working on a range of intellectual property matters, including brand strategy advice, managing trademark portfolios, drafting agreements, advising on copyright and confidential information protection and enforcement, and general IP advice and litigation.

Role 4: Senior Associate - IP/IT

This role involves working on intellectual property commercialisation and licensing, including technology commercialisation agreements, patent licensing, and plant variety licensing, joint ventures, and other commercialisation structures, as well as IT and technology contracts, including technology procurement and project agreements, SaaS agreements, software licensing and support agreements, and technology outsourcing agreements.
