Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced physiotherapist to deliver high-quality patient care in a regional QLD setting.

About the Position:

  • Manage a complex caseload with independence and clinical accountability, ensuring optimal patient outcomes
  • Contribute to service development, quality improvement, and research initiatives that enhance our patients' experiences
  • Provide supervision and mentoring to junior clinicians and students, fostering their growth and development
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current registration with AHPRA
  • Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience, preferably in oncology or complex caseloads
  • Strong clinical decision-making and leadership skills, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Flexibility, resilience, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care
