Pacific Energy, a leading provider of sustainable distributed energy, seeks a proactive and experienced HSE Advisor to join its dynamic team.



ID. Key Responsibilities

The HSE Advisor will play a pivotal role in promoting a culture of safety within the organization, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and implementing strategies to minimize risks.




  • Implement and maintain HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with management and staff to foster a culture of safety and environmental awareness across all levels of the organization.
  • Provide training and support to employees on HSE practices, procedures, and emergency response protocols.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, preparing detailed reports and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
  • Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, providing insights to management for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on relevant legislation, industry trends, and best practices related to health, safety, and the environment.
  • Conduct workplace inspections and undertake regular internal safety and environmental audits of the systems and/or associated processes, procedures, and work practices.
  • Undertake or assist in accident and incident investigations.
  • Promote open discussion of safety issues.
  • Identify, track, record, and report hazards, incidents, injuries, and health issues.
  • Provide advice and support for all functions to ensure compliance to ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001 applicable statutory, regulatory requirements, and standards.
