Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Dual Fuel Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for the installation, exchange, commission, removal and ongoing maintenance of metering systems and associated equipment.

Your role will involve working away from home for three weeks out of every four, with a 40-hour week when on site, and travel time paid with a daily sustenance allowance.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will have a 'can-do' attitude and participate in various field metering activities focused on achieving positive customer outcomes.
  • Responsible for the safe installation, exchange, commission, removal and ongoing maintenance of metering systems and associated equipment and communication systems.
  • Undertake debt resolution visits with the aim to fit a Smart Meter to help customers manage their debt.
  • Undertake warrants visits as an engineer and, when required, as a Warrant Officer.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Smart Metering (Dual Fuel) Experience is essential.
  • Certificate in Power (Logic or equivalent) is also required.
  • Industry qualifications: CMA1/CCN1 + MET1 (or equivalent).
