Opportunity to expand your skills as a qualified Heavy Vehicle / Diesel Fitter with Thiess Mount Pleasant Operation near Muswellbrook. We seek an experienced professional to calibrate and service MPU and Stemming Trucks on the Blast Crew.

This diverse role involves maintenance of heavy vehicles and hydraulic pumps. The position is based in Muswellbrook, NSW, working a 5/4 Lifestyle 12-hour Day Shift roster.

Key qualifications include:

  • Trade Qualified Plant Mechanic Certificate III Automotive Mechanical Technology (Heavy Vehicle Mobile Equipment)
  • Certificate III Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology
  • Certificate III Automotive Diesel Engine Technology
  • Unsupervised Handling Licence highly desirable

Post-trade experience in the Mining or Heavy Earth Moving industry is preferred. Experience in maintenance, breakdowns, calibration, and servicing of MR or HV Earthmoving equipment and hydraulic pumps is required.
