Your role will focus on delivering customer promises, ensuring customers leave the branch as strong advocates of our bank.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting their end-to-end banking needs.
  • Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Contribute to significant uplifts in customer engagement and advocacy, creating real customer value.
  • Actively participate in and support our programs and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with our policies and procedures.
