**Job Opportunity:** Business Development Representative

Seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team as a Business Development Representative. This exciting role will see you build relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry, drive sales growth, and contribute to the success of our business.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, retailers, and other key customers;
  • Achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities;
  • Provide expert product knowledge and technical support to customers;
  • Collaborate with our marketing team on promotional campaigns and events;
  • Occasionally visit customer sites to provide support and guidance.

**Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales or business development role within the construction industry, preferably within the building materials or tile industry;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike;
  • A valid Australian driver's license and basic understanding of tile, waterproofing, or construction products (desired);
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong desire for career growth and professional development;
  • Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Work Arrangements:
