Director of Compliance and Risk Management

This is a full-time role based in our Sydney office, three days per week.

About the Role
  • We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Governance, Quality Assurance and Controls team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing frameworks that support accurate, timely and well-controlled regulatory reporting.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and embed an enhanced operating model for regulatory reporting
  2. Create and maintain policies and standards that ensure accuracy and consistency
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Risk and Treasury to uplift reporting standards and controls
Requirements
  • Proven experience in applying governance and control frameworks in complex environments
  • Strong technical knowledge of regulatory reporting and finance principles
  • Able to work closely with senior stakeholders and navigate competing priorities
  • Passionate about continuous improvement and simplifying processes
