About the Job

The Competition Coordinator ensures our competitions run smoothly. This hands-on role involves running fixtures, managing venues, and providing excellent service to clubs.

  • Coordinate competitions - fixtures, results, ladders, and finals
  • Administer team entries, player registrations, and match data in sports management systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service as a key point of contact for clubs
  • Manage facility bookings, compliance, and maintenance schedules
  • Support the delivery of new competition formats and community programs
Key Requirements
  • Experience in sports administration, competition coordination, or venue management
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Great communicator with a collaborative approach
  • Proficiency with sports management systems (e.g., Dribl, PlayFootball)
  • Proven ability to liaise effectively with groups, stakeholders, and service providers
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and perform on-call duties
  • Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Genuine interest in working in sport
