Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Current NSW RSA Certificate.
  • Strong food and beverage service skills.
  • Sufficient experience as a waiting staff or assistant sommelier in a fine dining restaurant or similar environment.
