Real Estate Professional Wanted

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage a portfolio of properties in Banora Point. As a property manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to owners and tenants, and maintaining strong relationships with both parties.

  • Provide excellent service to property owners and tenants.
  • Ensure properties are maintained as per owner instructions.
  • Manage arrears and oversee rent reviews and lease renewals.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with owners and tenants.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum 12 months of experience as a Property Manager (desired).
  • A current Real Estate Certificate or Licence.
  • A current Driver's Licence.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong people and communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
