About the Role:
The Park Manager is responsible for the overall management of the Tawonga Tourist Park, ensuring the delivery of industry best practice services and the maximum benefit of all stakeholders, including guests, staff, and the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to all staff
- Ensure the management of day-to-day operations in accordance with relevant documentation
- Recruit, train, and lead a hospitality team to meet the requirements of the business
- Be accountable for the financial outcomes of the business
- Achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
About You:
We are seeking an experienced individual or management team who are highly customer-focused, commercially-minded, and passionate about tourism, environment, and culture. You will be friendly, enthusiastic, and have a demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and lead a team.
Requirements:
- Previous Park Manager experience desired
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with RMS 9+ computerised booking system and good computer skills
- Well-developed communication, organisation, administration, and management skills
- Demonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders in a professional manner
- Availability to work across a 7–10-day roster including public holidays, weekends, early mornings, and evenings
