Beauty Consultant

As a Beauty Consultant, you will be part of our retail team inspiring and helping customers achieve their beauty goals. You will have the opportunity to work across all departments from beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.

Our unique online learning platform and field trainers will equip you with the knowledge and skills to help customers discover our amazing offerings.

You will shine in this role if you:

  • Enjoy creating an exceptional customer experience by providing a welcoming environment to listen and address their unique needs.
  • Are a keen observer of new products and the latest beauty trends and techniques.
  • Want to help customers discover the features and benefits of our CRM program and how it can help them achieve their goals.
  • Are open to expanding your knowledge of our iconic brands to share with and learn from your team.
  • Are open to participating in cross-training and attending in-store beauty expert training sessions where you are encouraged to continuously learn and explore.
  • Have a passion to share your knowledge with your team and customers.
  • Have previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment, and excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and fellow team members.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment for all customers.
  • Helping customers discover new products and services that meet their needs and interests.
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and fellow team members.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
