Amentum is seeking a skilled Planner and Scheduler to join their team in Alice Springs, NT - Australia.

About the Role:

The Planner and Scheduler will be responsible for developing and monitoring work schedules, ensuring efficient and effective resource utilization of Vesta staff. The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating access from tenants to facilitate timely and safe access to residences and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan work activities using Prometheus/SAP
  • Determine and monitor resource capacities to enable the development of detailed schedules for planned and reactive maintenance activities.
  • Prepare schedule documentation for all scheduled works
  • Analyze metric data and organizational processes for potential efficiencies and improvements.
  • Collaborate efficiently and effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure organizational goals are realized.
  • Ensure System data is maintained in an accurate and consistent manner
  • Develop and Maintain metrics reporting and performance indicators
  • Provide Technical and system information/training and support as required
  • Ensure compliance with all environmental health and safety requirements

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV
  • 2 years' experience working in a similar role.
  • Ability to fluently read, write and speak English
  • Australian or US citizen

Working Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 10kgs, kneeling, standing and walking, routinely sitting and constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, and must be able to work under deadlines.
