Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to join our team as an Early Childhood Educator. This is a full-time role working 38 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Children's Services and a proven track record of delivering high-quality education and care to young children.

Key Responsibilities
  • To develop and implement engaging educational programs that promote learning and development for children aged 0-5 years.
  • To establish and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • To contribute to the creation of a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
Requirements
  • Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Children's Services (ACECQA approved).
  • Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Proven experience working with young children (0-5 years) in an early childhood setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • First Aid certificate.
