Expert Bookkeeper Required

CFO On Call is a proactive team of commercially trained Chief Financial Officers dedicated to providing expert financial services to businesses throughout Australia and New Zealand.
If you are a curious bookkeeper who enjoys working remotely as a contractor with diverse & interesting clients, we'd like to speak with you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts in Xero
- Paying vendor invoices
- Managing Payrolls, Superannuation, BAS and Payroll Tax
- Preparing month-end management accounts
- Ad hoc/Admin duties as required
- This is a part-time role - around 25 hours pw - flexible with times & days etc and has the potential to become a full-time position down the track
Requirements:
- 3+ years of previous experience in Bookkeeping
- Experience working for Australian companies
- Proficient with Xero
- Ability to work unsupervised with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task to meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
