About the Role

As a Senior Mortgage Advisor at Bank of Queensland, you will play a key role in helping customers achieve their dream of homeownership. You will work closely with our experienced lending team to provide expert advice and guidance to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible outcomes.

Your primary focus will be on building long-term relationships with our customers, understanding their financial goals and aspirations, and providing tailored mortgage solutions that meet their needs.

You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive growth and revenue within the branch.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong knowledge of residential lending products and services. You will be customer-focused, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Advisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the mortgage industry and its products.

You will be a confident communicator, able to build rapport with customers and stakeholders alike, and possess excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

In return, we offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, plus superannuation and benefits. We also provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow your career and reach your full potential.
